Payment terms
Early Bird rate applies to registrations paid before 1 December 2026; Regular rate applies from that date.
Credit card payments carry a 5% service fee. QR PromptPay adds a fixed 12 THB fee. Bank transfer has no fee.

Registration is confirmed by email once payment is verified (1–2 working days for slips). Fees are non-refundable after 15 January 2027.
